About the role
The Client Service Associate (Learning) will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by being an essential interface between the client, the sales team and the freelance trainer faculty. Having attended client meetings and debriefed with the sales and product specialists, you will contact trainers, requesting course outlines, and be part of the solution design process. You will then summarise the solution in an easy-to-digest format and collate the final proposal for the sales team for final amendments and commercials.
This role requires strong organizational skills, persistence and attention to detail. The ability to create visual representations of proposed solutions, as well as some experience with learning design will be essential for success. Knowledge of the financial industry will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
•Serve as the primary point of contact for the trainer faculty, requesting and collating course outlines
•Assist the sales team in preparing detailed proposals, including visual representations of proposed learning solutions
•Coordinate and schedule meetings with trainers, preparing agendas and noting actions, where required
•Manage and organize Request for Proposal documentation and ensure all materials are up-to-date
•Conduct basic research on learning and development trends to support sales efforts
•Collaborate with the marketing team to improve and develop sales materials
•Assist in the preparation of internal reports and presentations
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
•Previous experience in a learning environment, either as a supplier of learning services or as a buyer in a corporate environment
•High proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and a visual design tool such as Canva
•Proven ability to quickly build rapport with senior experts and managing them to achieve deadlines
•Tenacity and can-do attitude
•Excellent communication, organisation, time-management and prioritisation skills
