We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Western region of the US.   

 

The role

 

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the achievement of unit revenue goals for assigned products across the region.

 

Key duties:

 

  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve short and long-term business objectives
  • Communication with leadership and team on regional performance, challenged and successes
  • Leading and overseeing regional pipeline
  • Attending national and regional trade shows as required
  • Planning and leading national meetings
  • Reviewing and approving pricing requests
  • Developing and building relationships with distributor partners
  • Coaching, developing, mentoring, and motivating sales force
  • Budgeting and forecasting

 

What are we looking for?

 

Essential skills:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of medical sales experience; or
  • Advanced Degree and 3 years of medical sales and leadership experience
  • Successful medical sales record
  • Experience with sales and personnel management functions
  • Knowledge of prosthetics
  • Additional experience in marketing, training, technical services, or related areas
