Account Intern
Purpose of the Job
The Account Intern will be responsible for assisting in all aspects related to analyzing information for new clients. This person will follow the entire primary process to identify the main opportunity segments and products, which are the main demands. This individual will need to be comfortable managing multiple ongoing project priorities simultaneously. It performs a variety of administrative functions, tracks all projects and generates reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the teams of accounts to guarantee that they log a clear understanding to reach the client's requirements.
- Efficient and effective achievement of the materials required by the suppliers
- Provide efficient quotations to reduce the workload of the accounting teams to support client-facing activities.
- Comply with the client's SLA for delivery of quotations

- Notify the Accounting Team of any deviation and work to support any corrective action related to the billing process
- Work closely with the team to guarantee that all project steps are accurate and managed according to the client's needs (delivery plan and schedule, invoicing, etc.)
- Management of account flow and project programming
- Supervise the data entry of work orders and specifications and the patented order management system
- Prepare reports for the production team and for the client
- Create reports for internal and external resources, including comparative graphics, information on budgets and production updates
- Manage the problems that arise and follow the escalation process for resolvers

- Feed the data bases of the projects for the correct functioning of the areas and the persons involved and the generation and follow-up los pedidos de compra
- Support and validation of the invoicing agreement with the requirements of the 6 distribution centers
- Assurance of purchase order information provided by the client
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Recent graduates or students in the process of career development. Advertising, Marketing, Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Project and Outlook
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills required, as well as the ability to multitask
- Must be hard-working, enthusiastic and a quick learner
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Entrepreneurial mind with an inner drive to continually achieve goals and success
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
