Purpose of the Job
Our client is focused on a reactive approach in a competitive and innovative life science environment and needs us to support, enhance and drive the success of their Print, POSM promo items execution. The perfect candidates will have either senior agency experience or production management experience with a proven track record for delivering client solutions and nurturing relationships. This role combines pitching and strategic planning as well as driving excellent project delivery for existing clients. Strong Client facing and presentation skills are essential as is a strategic brain and the ability to question the norm and look outside the box.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively finding opportunity by looking for the best way of maximizing delivery for the brand and driving this opportunity with our client
- Working with client and strategic suppliers to deliver the best solutions. The Senior Account Manager will have the ability to influence client thinking to produce outstanding results
- Attending WIPs and meetings and taking / influencing key briefs from the client showing a clear understanding of requirements
- Deliver excellent service to client with a professional 'can do' attitude at all times
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key contacts
- Providing technical input and advice on projects as required to achieve high quality standards
- Delivering effective growth strategies and managing the opportunities for the Client
- Achieve and excel growth targets
- Managing 2D print, POS, promo items projects
- Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Company policies
- You will strategically own and manage positive commercial relationships between your clients and HH Global
- Support your team by working collaboratively on team workload, performance, and account development opportunities
- Be the first line of contact with your clients to ensure that all projects – retainer and ad-hoc -are delivered on time, to agreed scope and on budget
- Lead client meetings, including status meetings, QBR’s and innovation sessions and create accurate contact reports with clear deliverables and action dates
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Strong Client Service experience
- A team player with a passion for learning and understanding detail
- Experience in Perm and Temp POS – conceptual through to execution
- Previous experience working in print management/marketing print procurement
- Strong negotiation and consensus building skills when dealing with internal customers, stakeholders, and team members
- Sound financial reporting and forecasting experience
- Good understanding of Marketing Services concepts
- Has built credible customer relationships at senior level
- Leadership and management experience is desirable
- Naturally builds and maintains rapport with the client
- Is comfortable analyzing and interpreting financial data and produces accurate reports
- Works collaboratively with others in pursuit of team goals
- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement
- Takes a logical and systematic approach to work
- Takes a flexible approach to work and encourages others to do so
- Strong negotiation and consensus building skills when dealing with internal customers, stakeholders, and team members
- Ability to understand current/changing business strategy and participate in delivering it
- Can identify business issues and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment
- Exceptional communication, problem solving and cross-group collaboration skills
- Strong presentation skills, ability to present convincingly to a senior audience
- Excellent analysis and critical thinking skills
- Fluency in English is required
