SaaS Business Executive (Internal Sales)

It is an exciting time for us at Tes, and particularly in Australia, as we launch new innovative education software solutions to grow and strengthen our support for schools and teachers in the classroom and beyond. Some of our purpose-built solutions include Learning Pathways, Timetable and Teach Starter.
Our innovative solutions are reshaping the education landscape and we're seeking ambitious individuals to help us expand our reach and impact.
The purpose of this role is to drive revenue growth across Australia and New Zealand by identifying and capitalising on new opportunities within existing accounts.
How?
- Identify and pursue white space and opportunities within your accounts
- Reach out to new schools via cold calling to grow our customer base and unlock fresh business prospects outside your current accounts
- Identify key decision makers for the specific products whilst building and nurturing trusting relationships
- Lean in on our customer needs to understand what keeps them up at night
- Make outbound calls and manage inbound leads
- Facilitate demos of our products with a value-based approach
- Keep abreast of market trends and product knowledge, including competitor offerings and product positioning to capitalise on emerging opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns
- Maintain the CRM using Salesforce
What are we looking for?
- Experience in a B2B Sales role
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
- Creative mindset to achieve and exceed targets
- Proactive problem solver – the adaptability and resilience to face challenges
- Desire to work with purposeful products that have meaningful impact to the future of education
- A Working with Children Check may be required for this role.
