We are looking for a Transformation Analyst in our Sydney Office to support our Transformation Lead in taking initiatives from newly formed ideas and then translating these into tangible plans through actionable deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation through digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges, prepare, and deliver transformation projects that underpin the company strategy.
  • Assist in initiative implementation through system design, specification, and business process analysis.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development and delivery teams, to ensure effective communication on implementation goals.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials related to business processes.
  • Participate in testing to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the defined needs.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the impact of the solutions.
  • Develop other deliverables as required for emerging needs.

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

 

  • Education to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with the ability to plan workloads and achieve tight deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and absorb new concepts and technologies.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated and results driven.
  • Comfortable being uncomfortable; operating with ambiguity and a high degree of complexity.
