We are looking for a Timetable Specialist—someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys analytical thinking, and loves a good puzzle. If you have experience in timetabling, ideally within a school setting, you may be our next team member.

Knowledge and use of Tes Timetable (formally known as Edval) software is highly desirable, however, experience using other timetable software packages is also welcomed.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert support to schools using Tes Timetable software via phone, chat, emails, email ticketing and screenshares. 
• Deliver webinars and training for customers
• Assist in implementing 'Timetabler in Residence' services
• Maintain product knowledge and contribute to knowledge base articles
• Troubleshoot and resolve timetabling challenges for schools
• Work closely with Product Owners to provide customer feedback and insights

About You:

• Ideally experience in school timetabling (using Tes Timetable/Edval or similar software)
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills - Timetables are complex!
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in IT, particularly Office 365
• Highly organised and self-motivated
• Experience delivering training or workshops (highly desirable)

This role will require you to have or obtain a current Working with Children Check. 

We will train you in the use of our software - the first 3 months in your role will be dedicated to training.
