Senior Data Analyst

Purpose of the Job

Working as part of the Consulting & Analytics Team based at Gurgaon (India), the Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining top-tier internal business analytics, client-facing MI reports, and dashboards across the EIMEA and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively within a team of analysts to deliver best-in-class reporting and dashboard solutions that drive internal business analytics.
• Help manage and maintain critical datasets combining data from multiple systems and sources
• Liaise with the HH Global account teams to  gather, understand and translate business analytics requirements into meaningful client insight dashboards
• Design, development and implementation of business reports using multiple data sources (online and offline)
• Design, development and implementation of business reports using PowerBI
• Define and maintain data collection, validation and management processes
• Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review
• Structure design and maintenance (and creation where needed) of all in scope data.
• Perform simple SQL queries to extract, append and merge data from within our databases

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• 4-6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong experience with PowerBI is mandatory.
• Intermediate SQL skills for querying and managing data.
• Experience in extracting, connecting, and manipulating complex data from various sources and systems to support business analytics and reporting.
• Proven ability to work with complex data in a commercial or financial environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Maintain meticulous process documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in translating management requirements into effective data-driven solutions.
