Account Executive
Purpose of the job
The Account Executive will be responsible for working closely with our clients, suppliers and internal contacts delivering services professionally, to specifications and on time in line with SLA’s.
As the Account executive you will manage projects and liaise with suppliers and clients, delivering excellent customer service whilst delivering the day-to-day requirements. You will coordinate the production process and process orders in line with the client brief and the client expectations.
This is a fast-paced role dealing with a variety of FMCG marketing print projects. You will be required to build and develop relationships with key stakeholders whilst primarily delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical input and advice on print, POS and Branded Merch/Promo projects as required
- Take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage from start to finish
- Suggest alternative options and innovation where possible
- Share and reapply opportunities for harmonization across own client account markets and colleague teams in Region
- Produce detailed specifications for internal and external clients based on client knowledge
- Brief suppliers on client requirements
- Deliver a high level of customer service
- Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time
- Ensure activity is recorded using the designated company tools
- Maintain a full understanding of the broad range of HH’s services and work closely with the internal departments to provide the client with digital services that compliment their print
- Implement new methods and procedures as required
- Work as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reporting
- Ensure invoicing procedures are followed
- Able to attend meetings away from the client site as required
- Press passing when required and often out of normal working hours
- Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLA’s
- Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Company policies
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Experience working within a client services environment directly engaging with clients
- Numerate with a strong commercial understanding
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Experience of finding solutions
- Keen eye for detail
