You will be responsible to gather requirements, maintain database, create reports, dashboards and analyze data points of network deployment solutions teams.
Responsibilities:
Assist leadership team with dashboard and report generation.
Develop performance metrics.
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports that provide insight into key data points.
Supports with preparation for key meetings with stakeholders.
Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy.
Moderate the monthly governance business review meetings.
Translate stakeholders’ requirements into reporting deliverables.
Recommend solutions for data efficiency.
Required Skills/Experience:
Graduate with relevant experience of at least 6-7 years.
Strong communication (Oral and Written) and presentation skills.
Ability to co-ordinate with Global Management teams.
Ability to independently pursue individual tasks to full completion.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Working knowledge of Atlassian's Confluence and JIRA products
Knowledge of Power-Bi and/or Tableau is added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining close attention to detail.
Perseverance and accuracy are required.
Experience working in networking environment and change request management. (Nice to have)
Experience of working in virtual global teams in a matrix organization. (Nice to have)
