Founded in 2022, CACI Services India is playing a key role in empowering digital transformation for CACI clients, by becoming a seamless integrated offshore software development capability for CACI Business Units, committed to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions, while fostering strong, collaborative partnerships and transcending geographical boundaries.
We are looking for a proactive HR Associate who can support HR operations while handling basic IT and administrative tasks. This role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance, along with managing office administration and IT coordination with the UK team.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Support:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with Senior Recruiter.
Conduct background verification checks for new hires.
Maintain employee records and assist with HR operations.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as team outings, celebrations, and well-being initiatives.
Experience in curating a newsletter showcasing key updates and developments at CACI India for the wider CACI audience.
IT Support:
Set up and configure laptops for new employees.
Coordinate with the UK IT team for escalations and system-related support.
Manage IT asset inventory and track hardware allocations.
Oversee office Wi-Fi and basic network troubleshooting.
Administrative Support:
Work with the HR team to manage office supplies, snacks, and other essentials.
Coordinate birthday celebrations, cake ordering, and team events.
Manage biometric attendance systems and resolve related issues.
Handle procurement tasks that require coordination with vendors.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain HR records, IT assets, and office supplies documentation.
Generate reports using Excel or Power BI for tracking recruitment, HR metrics, IT inventory, and admin expenses.
Document HR, IT, and admin processes for better workflow management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power BI is a plus).
Basic IT knowledge (laptop setup, troubleshooting, asset tracking).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with teams across different locations (including UK IT team).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in HR administration or recruitment coordination.
Familiarity with HR software/tools.
Understanding of biometric attendance systems and basic IT troubleshooting.
