About the role
The team work across the full spectrum of property litigation (including construction related disputes), working closely with colleagues across the real estate division. Clients include landed estates, charities, banks and pension funds. Our lawyers are also well supported with an internal infrastructure (including utilising the latest legal technology), that will allow you to focus on providing 1st class client care and legal expertise.
About you
This role would be ideal for an NQ/associate level candidate with previous property litigation experience. As a firm, we pride ourselves on making a difference to our clients. Our lawyers are therefore passionate about providing empathic client care and commercially minded legal advice. A passion for business development and promoting your own personal brand will also be beneficial as well as an interest in legal technology as we look for ways to streamline and reduce the effort to serve our clients.
