Credit Controller - Business Services Professional

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced credit controller to join our finance team and be based in either our Horsham or Tunbridge Wells office. This role can be part-time or full-time, with a minimum of 3 days per week.
About the Role
The position involves managing all aspects of credit control, ensuring timely settlements of outstanding invoices to maintain favourable cash flow. Key responsibilities include:
- Client Communication: Sending bill reminders, letters for settlement of outstanding bills, and providing copy bills as needed.
- Query Resolution: Handling client and fee earner queries related to accounts.
- Collaboration: Liaising with both fee earners across the firm and other internal finance teams to enhance cooperation and streamline processes.
- Escalation: Reporting any concerns about credit control management to the finance operations manager and implementing their recommendations.
- Financial Oversight: Managing the settlement of bills from client-held monies.
