Location: Sarasota, Florida

About the Role

 

In this role, you will report to the Head of Client Success, and will be responsible for supporting NDR's client base across the U.S and U.K. Client Service associates support all client related business activities. Your job purpose is to execute processes and value-added solutions to address customer needs. You will work in partnership with Account Managers, and interact with Commercial Managers, Research, Product, and other groups in the analysis, interpretation, and resolution of client issues. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a keen interest to learn more about economic research and financial markets. The role lasts 10 weeksand includes the opportunity to work both virtually and in a physical office environment in Sarasota, FL.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend internal meetings with both our account management and commercial management teams
  • Maintain and update client information using our CRM system Salesforce
  • Front line support for our clients providing the successful candidate exposure to our client base
  • Monitor account usage and inform team of spikes/ drops in platform and website usage
  • Support newly onboarded clients through analyzing account usage
  • Ability to attend in person presentations with our clients and key strategists
  • Opportunity to partner with the team to learn about our company and the platforms & strategies we have to offer

 

Requirements:

  • Education
    • Undergraduate degree, ideally in finance or economics
  • Experience
    • Ideally 1-2 years in dealing with institutional clients
    • Strong operations and customer service experience
    • An understanding of the different types of institutional investors and their respective research needs
    • A good understanding and interest in global macro-economics, strategy and investment
  • Skills and knowledge
    • Excellent spoken and written English
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Knowledge in Salesforce.com
