Product Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The ideal candidate will excel at working with digital products such as websites, newsletters and data solutions, and have at least 1 year of experience in product management with a strong understanding of working with full stack teams. This role requires experience with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the product roadmap in collaboration with full stack development teams.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements.
• Communicate product updates with stakeholders.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
• Support teams with product solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor and analyse product performance, making data-driven decisions to improve user experience and product functionality.
• Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in product management.
• Experience working with full stack development teams.
• Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and the product owner role in a SCRUM team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with user experience (UX) design principles.
• Knowledge of the insurance market.
• Comfortable conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
