THE ROLE:
Transport Co-ordinator/ Supervisor
Day shift & night shift available
In this role you will form part of the Transport Team, which is part of the execution team, you will be based at our Depot in Gwent Park. You will Communicate to internal and external customers on the daily delivery performance and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Transport Department. You will work on a 4 ON 4 OFF Rota and we are looking for both Days & Nights

OFFICE BASED
This role will be based at our site in Gwent Park
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Plan resourcestomatch theBusinessworkload.

Produce daily TransportPlanningdepartment performance reports.

Track Loadson the various TSPsystems

Update the TMS (Mandata)system.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Qualifications.Level 2 in English & Maths.
Experience. You will have experience of workingin a logisticsenvironment and be able to work collaboratively with drivers and the team,ensuring the smooth running of the department.Digital Tachograph knowledge. Competent in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Stock software programs). Previousexperience of telematics is advantageous.
Communication.Show us that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships both with our colleagues and with our clients. You will engage and communicate with audiences made up of a diverse background across all areas of EV Cargo.
Influence & Persuasion. You will have the ability to effectively influence others and build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
