The Ocean Freight Customs Bureau Coordinator is responsible for the Management of shipment files through the customs process ensuring timely and accurate data being submitted to customs.

The key responsibilities for the Ocean Freight Customs Bureau Coordinator will be;
Key Role Content
- Complete Import Frontier Customs Declarations.
- Complete Import Supplementary Customs Declarations
- Raise Client Invoices and cost setting
- Manage customs documentation, checking and Port Health checks
- Email partners, customers and colleagues with any queries that may arise.
- Ensure all queries are answered efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Obtain information from supplier websites.
- Manage internal deadlines.
- Work well as part of a team
What we need from you:
Skills & Experience
- A suitable candidate will have experience in previous role performing some of functions as detailed in the role content.
- Able to build and develop good working relationships with work colleagues and Clients
- Ability to operate effectively in a rapidly growing and dynamic changing environment.
- Proven ability to prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to work on own initiative.
- Strong PC Literacy including Word & Excel
- Cargowise Experience preferred
