Working as part of the EV Cargo Solutions Commercial team you will be required to provide excellent customer service whilst managing customer expectations and ensuring repeat business and business growth alongside maximizing gross margin. As a member of the EV Cargo team you will be working with large-scale well-known customer brands and multiple hauliers across the UK.

Salary: Competitive + Shift Allowance

Hours: 4on 4off 6am to 6pm

Main duties include:

  • Be the main point of contact with the customer for information sharing and issue resolution.
  • Develop strong working relationships and trust with key contacts.
  • Ensure cost and service compliance to internal and customer processes.
  • Take ownership and responsibility from the initial order through to successful delivery.
  • Proactively monitor all areas of key sensitivity ensuring compliance to process and customer request.
  • Responsible for compilation and distribution of relevant reports and KPI’s.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Previous customer service experience along with excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous experience of working within a small team environment.
  • Experience of Windows 10 in a business capacity.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Administration skills.
