Formpave Sales - Sales Coordinator

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Coleford team in the position of Sales Co-Ordinator.

Your duties would include but not limited to the following:

• Receive and process orders in line with company budgets
• Answer customer calls and online chat
• Price and process quotations
• Pro-actively pursue sales leads
• Close cooperation and coordination with External Sales and all other internal operations on a daily basis to ensure first class customer service and conversion of enquires to orders
• Resolve Invoice queries within company SLA
• And any other duties as requested by your manager
• Manage daily reports for individual customers
• First point of contact for any delivery issues
• Complete audit checks for colleagues ensuring correct processing
• End to end complaint resolution
• Pro-actively work through agreed customer lists based on either dormant or customer categories, to make regular and timely contact to promote relationships which will lead to order generation
• Keep up to date with deals and offers to ensure offering the best for these customer accounts
• Update salesforce daily to capture progress and track success rate
• Regular review and tracking of Formpave specifications via Salesforce to assist in the conversion of these into sales quotes and orders

About You:

• Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Confident & outgoing personality
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and MS teams
