Purpose of the Job 

The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for ensuring that HH Global products and services to the customer are delivered aligned to the overall objectives and SLA’s in place with our global client partner. The AM will work closely with client stakeholders, client retail partners, the HH Global supply chain and the central HH Global team to lead permanent Point of Sales projects from brief to end of life. The AM will have technical experience in the creation, specification and production of FMCG Permanent POS displays and fixtures within the retailer networks across the region, enabling value and direction to be given throughout each step of the process.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop key relationships with multiple client teams crossing different segments within the client's organisation, building and maintaining healthy long-term partnerships.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of client objectives and alignment to local needs to encourage a mutual benefit and growth opportunities.
  • Work with the client, clients customers, design team, category buyers, suppliers and installation teams to prepare production proposals, commercial costing and timelines.
  • Ensure all aspects of the process are managed as per our overarching program objectives and agreement.
  • Track project milestones, identifying and managing risks, potential issues, in line with company best practice and using the appropriate tools and technology; Ability to be agile and adapt to changing priorities; adjusting plans as required.
  • Playing a key role in the development process, offering the client creative and technical solutions to any problems that are encountered.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that quality standards, processes and agreed SLA’s are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identifying opportunities by staying on top of industry trends, segment activities, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and present monthly review sessions to promote progress and highlight opportunities.
  • Delivering services on time, to specification, to a high quality and to contractual targets
  • Maintain a full understanding of the broad range of HH Global’s services, identify opportunities and implement new services that complement the clients business
  • Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and implements new methods and procedures as required
  • Work with clients to encourage the adoption of existing components supported by sustainable solutions

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • Experience in the development and manufacture of permanent 3D point of sale materials deployed in a retail environment, is essential.
  • Demonstrable professional experience working to manage complex projects across a range of substrates/materials and product categories.
  • Identifying and driving innovation in collaboration with the client and aligned to a wider program objective.
  • Experience in working with third-party manufacturing, including off-shore, would be an advantage.
  • Experience working with Industrial Design teams to deliver innovative and technical solutions is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely when not on site with clients or suppliers
  • Works collaboratively with others in pursuit of team goals
  • Is comfortable analysing and interpreting data and conversation on client reports
  • Identifies and acts on growth opportunities within the client account to build scale and scope
  • Takes a logical and systematic approach to work
  • Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators)
  • Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office and working with project management tools
  • Be comfortable in client meetings to become an extension of the client team. Interact and provide high levels of comfort to the client on campaign management
  • Fluency in written and verbal English and Dutch is required.
