We are seeking an experienced, pro-active and client focused Senior Account Executive, to manage complex Print productions and highly bespoke premiums items to support our account in EMEA. 

 

The Senior Account Executive will work alongside the Account Managers & will be responsible for working closely with our clients, suppliers & internal contacts delivering services professionally, to specifications & on time in line with SLA’s. 

 

As Senior Account Executive you will work closely with client, suppliers and internal contacts to deliver services to our customers professionally and on time. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service through excellent customer service and product delivery. You will develop and maintain a strong relationship with key client stakeholders at all levels and you will propose and deliver all company solutions. The Senior Account Executive is required negotiate costings and timescales for each job and selecting the most appropriate supplier.

 

This is the ideal opportunity for you if you are excellent at building great relationships both internally & with clients, are a skilled problem solver & have some experience within either a creative or marketing agency. 

 

This is a fast-paced role dealing with a variety of marketing & POS projects.  You will be required to build & develop relationships with key stakeholders whilst primarily delivering excellent customer service.

 

The Senior Account Executive is required to negotiate costings & timescales for each job & select the most appropriate supplier.

 

Key responsibilities 

 

  • Provide technical input & advice on print & POS projects as required 
  • Take briefings from the client including full specification details & deadline dates & manage the campaign from start to finish
  • Attending briefing & status calls to keep up to date of client requirements
  • Suggest alternative options & innovation where possible
  • Proactively following up on all quotations sent to the client
  • Maintaining regular & effective communication with account team
  • Brief suppliers on client requirement
  • Press passing when required
  • Deliver a high level of customer service, working to ensure that the client has confidence the project will meet or exceed their expectations
  • Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification & on time 
  • Supporting any scope of work changes & informing the account team of any cost implications before proceeding
  • Reviewing projects, after completion, with the in-house team & suppliers
  • Ensure invoicing procedures are followed
  • Ensure activity is recorded using the designated company tools
  • Work as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, & complete necessary account admin & reporting
  • Able to attend meetings as required
  • Develop & maintain excellent relationships with all internal departments to enable excellence in client delivery
  • Confidently suggesting ways to add value, new solutions, solving problems & offering alternative solutions
  • Meeting preparations & contact reports
  • Have a good understanding of the client brand guidelines
  • Administration support to the client engagement team.
  • To be an ambassador for the business.
  • Understanding that the client’s success is our success.

 

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

 

  • Passionate about branding, marketing + brand communications & developing the best campaigns.
  • Preferably some marketing or creative agency experience, & ideally some knowledge of FMCG & the retail channel.
  • Preferably some client-facing/focused experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on, team player with a positive proactive approach with a determination to achieve excellence.
  • A proactive, positive personality with a genuine enjoyment of client contact & teamwork.
  • Quality conscious with excellent attention to detail.
  • Microsoft office proficient.
  • Excellent ability to process information & deliver under pressure.
  • Time management skills.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an energetic, fast-moving environment with the ability to meet/exceed timelines.
  • A willingness to continuously improve through self-development.
  • Proficiency in English language is required. Knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
