Ride Host - Ride Operator

With have ambitious plans to be the number one theme park in the UK for families, recruiting the best talent to work with us in promoting our successes and core values to guests and employees. Our resort is home to a 15-acre zoo, 4-star hotel with 150 bedrooms to include Viking and Thomas Land themed rooms, conference facilities, restaurants, Europe’s only Thomas Land, 50 rides and growing!  We want to hire and retain exceptional employees who can be part of our projected and future growth helping us to create memories for all our guests!

What do we want?

Exceptional, warm-hearted people who are passionate about providing high levels of customer service.  You will complement our team at our resort as Ride Operators joining us for peak season. You’ll be operating or attending to one of the many family thrilling rides here and will be expected to deliver, monitor, maintain health and safety whilst providing high levels of customer service to all guests with a smile making sure they have a day of fun creating memories!  Our seasonal staff are all Manor Proud and most return every year, it really is a great place to work!  

Your responsibilities as Ride Operator will include, but not limited to:

• Dealing with guests in a professional manner
• Ensure a high level of customer service
• Follow company procedures
• Positively interacting with guests
• Provide an excellent level of customer service managing customer expectations

Key Skills and attributes as a Ride Operator:

• Positive communicator
• Confident and able to interact with customer
• You must be over 18+ to operate the rides on site
