With have ambitious plans to be the number one theme park in the UK for families, recruiting the best talent to work with us in promoting our successes and core values to guests and employees. Our resort is home to a 15-acre zoo, 4-star hotel with 150 bedrooms to include Viking and Thomas Land themed rooms, conference facilities, restaurants, Europe’s only Thomas Land, 50 rides and growing!  We want to hire and retain exceptional employees who can be part of our projected and future growth helping us to create memories for all our guests!

What do we want?

Exceptional, warm-hearted people who are passionate about providing high levels of customer service.  You will complement our team as a F&B Host joining us for the peak season. You will be working in one of our onsite food outlets, ranging from coffee shops, grab and go outlets offering drinks, hotdogs, donuts and ice-creams through to our fish and chip shop and pizza and pasta restaurants providing our guests with food and beverage items to keep them fuelled throughout their day making ‘fun filled’ memories.

Your responsibilities as F&B Host will include, but not limited to:

• Dealing with guests in a professional manner
• Following company procedures
• Working in a fast- paced, busy environment
• Being proactive and positive to deliver memorable experiences to our guests
• Providing an excellent level of customer service managing customer expectations

Key Skills and attributes as a F&B Host:

• Positive communicator
• Confident and able to interact with customer
• Having great communication and people interaction skills
• You must be over 18+ to operate the kitchen equipment.
