Our resort is home to a 15-acre zoo, 4-star hotel with 150 bedrooms to include Viking and Thomas Land themed rooms, conference facilities, restaurants, Europe’s only Thomas Land, 50 rides and growing!  We want to hire and retain exceptional employees who can be part of our projected and future growth helping us to create memories for all our guests!

Exceptional, warm-hearted people who are passionate about providing high levels of customer service.  You will complement our team at the Hotel as a Conference & Events Host and you will be delivering highest customer service to our guests ensuring the smooth running of all events.

Your responsibilities as Conference & Events Host will include, but not limited to:

• Following company procedures
• Following instructions given by your Team Leader and Manager
• Ensuring complete customer satisfaction including setting conference room, closing the rooms, clearing tables, polishing glassware and cutlery, waiting on tables and bar services.
• Working in a fast- paced, busy environment
• Being proactive and positive to deliver memorable experiences to our guests
