The Role:
Responsible for the development and line management of 4 Branch Merchandising Assistants (allocators). Working closely with the BMD product teams to ensure your team are allocating their product areas in line with business requirements to both our store estate and the website. Supporting the Senior Branch Merchandiser in implementing allocation strategy, ensuring key KPIS are hit and DC stock levels are managed. You will work cross functionally with product teams, the distribution centre, Retail Ops and the wider Branch Merchandising and Space Planning team.

- Experience managing a small team
- Experience of allocating stock in an Omni-channel business
