Learning & Development Advisor Part Time (3 days per week)

 

Location: Leeds/Birmingham – Hybrid/Flexible

 

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum dependant on experience Pro Rata (£21k Actual Salary)

 

NG Bailey are currently seeking Learning and Development Advisors with training and facilitation skills, to support the Group Head of Learning and Development in delivering a broad range of innovative learning solutions across the UK.

 

This is a Permanent position based from our Leeds office. The role will be working 3 days per week (4 short days may also be considered) We do offer hybrid/flexible working. Travel to other offices, in particular London will be required in this role.  

 

Core responsibilities include:

  • Work with the divisional L&D Partners when in consultation with the business to understand their learning and development needs and facilitate delivery of the most appropriate learning solutions.
  • Work with key stakeholders across the business, including the wider HR team, developing strong relationships as a trusted adviser and subject matter expert.
  • Ensure collaboration with the L&D administration team, external delivery partners and internal customers
  • Based on business need and agreed priorities, design, and deliver a broad range of learning solutions e.g. classroom, eLearning, online Masterclasses, etc.
  • Bench-marking and regularly review content keeping it up to date. Ensure compliance with agreed branding across all products and services.
  • Project manage the group L&D calendar including coordination of L&D workshops and programmes. Co-ordinate administration requirements with the L&D admin team providing coaching and support as a senior point of escalation. 
  • Demonstrate expert facilitation and presentation skills and the ability to understand and facilitate feedback from psychometric tools.
  • Complete evaluation activities, analysing learning and development MI. Provide recommendations for change and continuous improvement of programmes.

 

Role Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role coordinating L&D projects and delivering specific training modules and programmes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable presenting and training both in person and over MS Teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to deal with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
