P2P (Procure to Pay) Administrator 

Hybrid - Manchester

Summary 

We are a cross-functioning team completing all transactional procurement, providing a proactive, competent and efficient support service working to deadlines and meeting Service Level Agreements. In this role there are no two days the sameThis role is a perfect opportunity for someone who would like a career within P2P (Procure to pay), who can work on their own initiative as well as within a team. There's lot of opportunities to climb the career ladder within NG Bailey. The role will report direct to the P2P Manager and there is minimal travel due to the role being hybrid  

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:  

  • Transactional procurement, turn business demands into approved purchase orders for IT Services and Engineering (including Offsite)
  • Process and resolve blocked invoices for IT Services, Facilities and Engineering (including Offsite)
  • Manage all parts data for IFS
  • Manage MySupplyChain
  • Sense check all pricing data
  • Gatekeepers for all purchase orders in line with the DAM
  • Maintain the group Purchasing Card account
  • Transact small one-off orders via the team purchasing card
  • Remove all accruals from completed contracts
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Train the business on COINS, MyMaterials, MySupplyChain and various other areas
  • Drive aggregation in large and small order placements

What we’re looking for 

  • Experience with COINS or IFS would be ideal though not essential
  • Solid experience in ordering and clearing invoices
  • Previous experience in liaising with suppliers
