Summary
The team at this iconic Liverpool Street building have an opening for a Contract Supervisor who is looking to be part of a progressive team. This is a growing campus with plenty of opportunities for development. The team are looking for an Electrical bias supervisor to work a static day role.
You will be responsible for the service delivery of the client site. Provide line management to a team of 5-8 technicians whilst maintaining our high standards on service delivery and customer care.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has either been a supervisor on a smaller site or Lead engineer looking for their next challenge
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
You will be leading your team to ensure excellent service delivery. You will also:
- Ensure Technicians PPM work is undertaken in-line with agreed timelines/ SLA'.
- PPM backlog is maintained at a realistic level and all Reactive Work is completed within acceptable timescales
- Provide first line management and leadership to contract dedicated team, setting team objectives and individual performance management reviews
- Undertake risk assessments and safety audits in line with relevant safety legislation and NG Bailey Health and Safety systems and procedures
What we’re looking for:
- Previous Electrical commercial experience
- Experienced in commercial & Domestic manufacturers systems, carrying out PPM's in line with SFG20 or equivalent with advanced fault finding diagnostic experience
- City and Guilds Qualifications – Electrical – Other formal qualifications also considered
- HVAP knowledge desirable
- LVAP experience
- Capable of Supervising Reactive Repairs and Small Projects
