Summary
We’re looking for an electrically-minded General Maintenance Operative to join our team on a brand-new commercial development near Liverpool Street. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to get stuck in—not just supervise from a distance.
You’ll be part of a small, tight-knit team of two, looking after four high-specification floors, reporting into an on-site Supervisor. If you're keen to apply your skills in a fresh, modern environment where your contribution really matters, this one’s for you.
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
-
Carrying out electrical maintenance and general building fabric PPM and reactive tasks.
-
Supporting small works and reactive repairs across lighting, power, and general services.
-
Using CAFM systems (IFS or client platform) to log work and ensure compliance.
-
Taking part in out-of-hours callouts and earning generous overtime where needed.
-
Working closely with your teammate and Supervisor to keep the building running smoothly.
What we’re looking for:
-
An operative with electrical maintenance experience in commercial environments.
-
Someone hands-on, practical, and who enjoys taking ownership of their work.
-
Knowledge of Health & Safety standards and safe systems of work.
-
A team player who can also work independently and with pride.
-
Bonus if you have experience working on new builds or high-end office spaces.
Benefits:
We're always evolving our benefits to ensure we're attracting and retaining great people. Some of what you can expect includes:
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays with an option to Buy/Sell additional days
- Pension with a leading provider and up to 8% employer contribution
- Personal Wellbeing and Volunteer Days

- Free 24/7 365 Employee Assistance Program to support mental health and well-being (including counselling sessions and legal advice)
- Flexible benefits to choose from inc: Dental Insurance, Gym Membership, Give As You Earn, Travel Insurance, Tax Free Bikes.
