Summary

Freedom Networks are currently recruiting a junior estimator to be part of a team undertaking estimates for remedial corrective actions for our operation & maintenance customers across the UK

The role can be based from Widnes, Leeds, Birmingham or Stowmarket

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

• You will review our database of corrective actions that automatically feed in from the field staff. You will be expected to contact the field engineer for guidance of the duration of the repairs and parts required. You’ll then populate a quotation based on the duration and list of parts required for the task
• You’ll be expected to gain knowledge from each call which will aid you in understanding task durations and required parts to be able to build small value quotations unaided
• You’ll be expected to contact customers for any quotations that expire
• You’ll be expected to answer questions raised by the customers regarding the quotations

What we’re looking for:

• Good knowledge and skills using Microsoft packages
• Good customer service skills
• Self-driven
