Summary 

NG Bailey IT Services is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Intern (YiIN) to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in content creation, digital marketing, and SEO strategies within the tech industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing, storytelling, and engaging audiences through compelling content across digital platforms. 

 

Some of the key deliverables for this role will include: 

  • Research, write, and edit engaging content for blogs, websites, social media, and email campaigns
  • Assist in developing SEO-friendly content that aligns with NG Bailey IT Services' brand voice and marketing objectives
  • Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for content optimisation.
  • Working with the Group marketing team to create content strategies that enhance engagement in the IT and tech sector
  • Proofread and edited articles to ensure high-quality, error-free content
  • Assist in managing social media platforms by composing posts and captions pertaining to technology solutions and IT services
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital transformation subjects to integrate them into content strategies 

 

What we’re looking for 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen interest in technology and IT services
  • A basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies is a plus
  • Ability to create compelling and creative content tailored for different tech-focused audiences
  • Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Medium, etc.) is advantageous
  • Robust research and analytical skills, coupled with a keen interest in IT solutions and digital transformation
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • A proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn 

 

To apply you need: 

  • You must be enrolled on undergraduate degree with a placement year and provide confirmation of the University you attend and the degree you are enrolled on, you must be on track to achieve a 2:2.
