Job Summary:
Manage a team of 20+ individuals performing supplier audits and supplier onboarding. As the Manager,you will be responsible foroverseeing and managing the execution of the company's supplier audit and onboarding operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to optimizeoperations and providestrategies to better drive business performance.
The Manager will be responsible formanaginga large team to deliverthe contracted scope of servicesfor supplier audits and supplier onboarding as prescribed byoperating procedures such that deliverables are on target and meet the required SLAsand schedules. The Managermust ensure quality customer service and product delivery, with a primary focus of meeting SLA deliverable schedules without sacrificing deliverable quality.
The Manager must develop and implement continuous improvementof the processes including the development of task and overall reporting to Senior Management This includes developing and maintainingaccurateand up-to-date records of performance reports, anddeliveringregular reports on performance and strategic initiatives.
The Manager must be able to optimizethe performance of individuals as well as the team and provide continuous optimization of workloads. The Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure they are executed smoothly and efficiently. They will address any operational issues or challenges that arise, working with peer management tofind solutions. The manager will also address personal issues as they arise in the workplace.
The Manager must monitorand control operatingcosts to ensure budget adherence and identifyopportunities for cost savings. They must ensure that operations comply withlegal, regulatory, and company policiesand identifyand mitigate risks associated with operating activities.
The Manager will develop and implement audit plans and schedules for this shared services function and be able to allocateresources to meet schedules and SLA deliverables. The Manager must lead, mentorand develop a team within the function and be able to assign audit and onboarding tasks, review work and provide feedback to ensure high-quality audit and supplier onboarding outcomes

This position is a senior role within Client Services and is highly visible to Magnit staff, Magnit’s Executive Team, and all levels of client staff, and must always display a professional and proactive leadership demeanor in both attitude and execution of their duties
