About the Role

As a Program Manager, you will be our clients' go-to expert and sparring partner in the field of external hiring. You will be working in a close-knit team. Together, you will be responsible for Magnit's services to our clients. This means that you will mainly be engaged in strategic and tactical discussions with clients about relevant labour market developments, legislation and regulations and our services.

 

What You Will Do

You proactively recognise and identify the wishes, opportunities and needs of the client, striving for optimal results and a satisfied client. You enjoy building and maintaining relationships and easily make contact at all levels, both with the client and internally with your colleagues with whom you work to unburden the client. You are also responsible for the day-to-day business at the client, with a high level of customer satisfaction as the starting point. As a Program Manager, you are responsible for various clients within a wide range of sectors and at various levels.

 

A selection of your activities:

  • You are responsible for organizing, monitoring and improving the processes related to hiring as efficiently as possible.
  • You identify opportunities for the further development and expansion of our services and products and are able to develop and present these.
  • You periodically analyze the results of the services and translate these into a report with solutions and advice;
  • You make an annual forecast (both effort and turnover) for your clients;
  • Internally, you are the connecting factor between the client and our various departments that support and execute the client process.

 

What You Will Need

  • Preferably a completed bachelor's degree;
  • Excellent Dutch and English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • A minimum of 5 years of recent and relevant work experience in the staffing industry;
  • You are a relationship builder by nature;
  • You have a results- and service-oriented mentality;
  • You have strong analytical skills combined with a decisive attitude;
  • You are sensitive enough to be able to understand and solve hiring issues.
