Director of Creative Marketing

Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, this role is a rare opportunity to lead an in-house Creative Marketing department for a growing brand, delivering exceptional creative direction and execution across all channels, driving brand awareness, sales, and engagement.
Please note this role is primarily based in our Falmouth, Cornwall head office location with occasional remote working. A relocation allowance is available to eligible candidates.
You'll help us by:
- Own the creative strategy and plan to create and execute creative concepts across all channels (Online, Retail, Catalogues, POS, Social, branding etc.), in-line with Brand values to ensure our customer has a clear and consistent journey
- Align Seasalt’s creative marketing strategy to the strategic priorities, ensuring there is a clear plan for delivering our creative expression across both D2C and third parties within the UK and internationally
- Provide vision, guidance and challenge to the business on translating Seasalt’s brand aesthetic consistently across the entire Seasalt experience
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to elevate and maintain Seasalt as a distinctive modern lifestyle brand through its creative expression
- Lead, inspire and engage the creative studio (graphics) and photography teams, delivering exceptional outputs to deadlines and connecting them to the wider business
- Champion the importance and relevance of our creative heritage and excellence as a core drive of business growth and success and continue to evolve this vision
The skills you'll be sharing with the team:
- An established Creative leader (in-house or consultancy), with experience of delivering innovative creative concepts
- Strong knowledge of creative processes and critical paths, including expertise in print, digital, social, photography and video
- Fashion background with a flair for styling, colour and texture
- People focused leader, able to inspire, motivate and take accountability
- Experience of delivering creative across multi-channel platforms and different mediums
- Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of who the Seasalt customer is and recognise their needs
- Great collaboration and influencing skills at all levels
- Good commercial understanding with ability to consider wider impacts to the business and balance creative and commercial goals
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
