What You Will Do

The role of the Global Solution Analyst is to Support our Internal Clients - Resources, Suppliers, Client Managers with their inquiries over Phone, Chat and E-mail. This position supports the success by adding a value in servicing our clients. This is an exciting career opportunity for someone who values advancement, growth, and high-quality work. This Global Support Analyst position requires responsibility for end user support to proprietary applications and systems. 

  • Support internal and external users using applications through phone, email and chat
  • Create/update/follow-through on tickets to resolution 
    Meet SLAs and individual metrics including productivity, customer satisfaction and quality standards
  • Provide recommendations on how to streamline our business and improve processes 
  • Mentor/train new Global Support agents
  • Sense of urgency and ability to escalate system outages to Global Support Management
  • Must Maintain Confidential Information and Follow Procedures for Work processing 
  • Adherence to schedules due to live support environment

 

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 year’s work experience in a Helpdesk call center 
  • Excellent Dutch and English communication skills (Written & Verbal) 
  • Strong user-facing, customer service, communication
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and strong work ethic 
  • Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
