About the Role
(Onsite Plano,TX)
A successful candidate will bring 7+ years of talent acquisition experience, with some focused time in high volume/front lines /experience center recruiting. They will have managed a variety of TA staffing projects and/or special initiatives like pre-employment testing, re-orgs, etc.
This role is a hybrid role based out of our Plano, TX headquarters and reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition. It will involve approximately 10-15% travel.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for supporting full cycle recruiting of call center/front lines opportunities, experienced hire/manager level up. Oversee a larger team responsible for meeting hiring goals for call center representatives/front lines roles, with specific start dates/classes.
- Provide thorough, proactive, and transparent communication and excellent customer service to key stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans.
- Establish collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers/teams, provide recommendations and best practices to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruiting process.
- Ensure compliance with Toyota policies and employment laws covering recruiting and hiring practices.
- Understand the Toyota business model, organization, strategy, and drivers, in order to act proactively to anticipate the hiring needs of your groups.
- Exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, discretion, and creativity to changing needs and situations.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidates are engaged with and motivated by opportunities at Toyota.
- Participate in various Talent Acquisition ad-hoc projects, like re-org staffing plans, "tiger teams" initiatives, and Kaizen efforts.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's Degree, or high school diploma and equivalent years of experience. Full cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on front lines/high volume roles. Hands-on experience using Workday Recruit.
- Vendor management experience.
- Experience with pre-employment assessments, track interviewing, video interviewing, and staffing to specific hire date goals. Experience leading or being a key member of TA strategic initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Phenom People, or like TA CRM. Experience supporting Recruiting in the Financial Services industry is a plus.
Salary Range is between $70,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.
