We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruiter Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our recruiting team and assisting with various aspects of the recruitment process. including receiving and tracking applicant material, updating and maintaining appropriate databases and organizing interviews for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling (40%)
- Coordinate, schedule and confirm interviews (phone & in-person) with candidates and interview teams
- Assist with candidate travel arrangements
- Communicate interview details to candidate, making certain s/he has all of the information necessary (detailed directions, dress code, interview logistics, etc.)
- Distribute candidate interview schedules, interview forms, and resumes to Hiring Team
- Day-of-Interview Candidate Care: Coordinate interview logistics including planning travel, ensuring interviewers meet/greet Candidate to interview (virtual and in-person)
- Job Postings and Applicant Tracking (25%)
- Assist recruiters in managing internal and external job postings and conduct regular searches on all available job boards
- Post open positions via Workday Recruit, LinkedIn, Smart Post, etc.
- Disposition applicant status in ATS (Workday Recruit), as needed
- Requisition audits (weekly)
- Pre-Employment Screening (20%)
- Manage the pre-employment process by running background checks, monitoring drug screens, relocation, and acting as liaison between candidates and recruiters
- Assist with employee referrals
- Assist with college recruiting needs
- Source/ mine resumes from social media sites, job boards, our current ATS etc...
- Monitor recruiting database: Manage requisitions and update candidate records and status reports
- TA Projects & General Operations (15%)
- Provide administrative support to the Recruiting team
- Initiate Relocation, as needed
- Initiate Candidate Travel, as needed
- Assist with other recruiting projects, as needed
Key Competencies

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Basic understanding of recruiting and HR concepts, policies and procedures, and administrative procedures
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers
- A proactive and resourceful attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years prior administrative experience (recruitment coordination, administrative support, or customer service roles) with 1-3 years HR/Staffing experience in a large, complex organization preferred
- Proficiency with applicant tracking & background check/drug screen systems (Example: HireRight, Workday Recruit) highly preferred
- Strong skill in MS Office & Outlook and the ability to learn additional programs as needed
Compensation: Salary range for the position is $60,000-$75,000 USD annually
