About the Role:

*This is a 12-18 month contract position, based onsite in Vadodara.

We are seeking a highly strategic, results-driven, and proactive project manager to support our India Site Leader. This role is critical in driving strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness as we expand our footprint, scale our workforce, and enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the India Site Leader, driving key business priorities and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead and support strategic initiatives such as site expansion, large-scale hiring strategies, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Work cross-functionally with leadership teams, HR, finance, facilities, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Own and drive key business reviews, executive updates, and reporting mechanisms to track progress against strategic goals.
  • Identify risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, and proactively develop solutions to mitigate potential challenges.
  • Oversee special projects from initiation to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during periods of growth and transformation.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes and frameworks to improve decision-making and operational execution.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Promote cultural awareness and sensitivity by integrating local business practices, values, and traditions into strategic decision-making and organizational operations.
  • Ensure employee engagement strategies align with cultural expectations and local norms, fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment.

 Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, program management, or executive administration.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives in high-growth or complex environments.
  • Strong presentation skills, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Experience in site expansion, talent strategy, or operational scaling is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, project management, and strategic planning tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Indian cultural business practices, labor laws, and workplace expectations to enhance communication and operational success.
