Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to oversee accurate payroll calculations and timely discharge of statutory liabilities. This role ensures smooth payroll operations, compliance with labour laws, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accurate payroll calculations, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Ensure timely validation and payment of statutory liabilities (e.g. PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with HR and finance teams for payroll inputs and approvals.
  • Coordinate with payroll accounting team as & when required, especially during GL analysis.
  • Handle payroll audits, statutory filings, and liaise with external authorities.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Accounting/HR.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in payroll processing and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory payroll regulations and tax laws.
  • Experience in Global payroll processing is preferred.
  • Proficiency in payroll software & ERP systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills
