Purpose of the Job

The Product Specialist will manage HH Global's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Global CRM delivery, driving ongoing development, enhancements, and integrations in a fast-paced environment with C-Suite engagement, supporting the company's significant growth objectives as a market leader in marketing activation. This role focuses on evolving and adapting Microsoft Dynamics to meet the business's changing needs, integrating new initiatives, and ensuring a growth-enabling, client-centric solution with a seamless data and user experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Product vision implementation: Manage the implementation of the product vision and strategy
  • Roadmap planning: Plan and project manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, product vision and strategy
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather and process map requirements
  • Solution design: Translate business requirements into system architecture and development plans
  • Development: Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics to meet business needs, as well as manage workflows and integrations with other systems
  • Quality assurance: Ensure the quality and performance of the product through continuous testing and improvement
  • User experience: Focus on delivering a superior user experience, ensuring the product and support meet user needs as well as delivering business objectives
  • Team development: Mentor and educate colleagues, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
  • User training: Conduct live training sessions and manage ongoing updates to user guides 
  • Technical guides: Create and maintain technical documentation and audit trail of changes
  • Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Dynamics 365 platform and integrations 

 

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • Experience: Must have a minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in actively interpreting business requirements, managing solution design, data architecture, and hands-on developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 including associated Microsoft products and processes
  • Technical knowledge: Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and related Microsoft technologies with the ability to build custom applications using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and Azure DevOps, together with experience with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Customer Insights Journeys would be ideal   
  • Business acumen: A strong enterprise architect with the ability to understand and translate business needs into solutions and technical requirements
  • Project management: Solid project management skills and experience delivering complex solutions, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple delivery tracks with conflicting priorities
  • Technology roadmaps: Experience building technology road maps
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with senior stakeholders - both verbal and written
  • Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find effective solutions
  • Data: Ability to structure and interpret complex data sets, identifying trends and insights
  • Business Intelligence: Proficiency in using tools such as Power BI to create and analyze reports and dashboards
