Account Manager
Purpose of the Job
The Account Manager will partner with the Senior Account Manager and other team members to bring the client’s retail visual merchandising campaigns to life.
There will be a strong focus in supporting:
- Receipt of client brief and re-briefing into our studio and supply chain
- Presentation of creative concept renders and structural builds insitu for elevated displays
- Proposal of event and activation concepts where appropriate
- Project planning and management
- Display fabrication
- Digital campaign elements, instore hardware and CMS
- Print production
- Logistics
- Installation
- Merchandising
- Maintenance
The Account Manager will develop and maintain a strong relationship with key client stakeholders at all levels and work with the HH Global team to propose and deliver all company solutions.
The Account Manager is required to develop strong communication channels with both clients and supply chain and HH Global is responsible for taking ownership of and further developing relationships.
The Account manager is required negotiate costings and timelines, selecting the most appropriate supply partner, identifying and navigating obstacles to successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Take briefs from the client including budgets, objectives, specifications and timelines, and manage from start to finish.
- Suggest alternative options and innovation where possible.
- Partner closely with account and internal teams to plan, coordinate, develop, and rollout instore campaigns
- Create and manage workback schedules and project dates and gates
- Manage and communicate project schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget completion with cross- functional partners.
- Proactively and promptly communicate any changes and be able to identify project risks during any phase of the project such as planning, development, production, pack out, shipping and installation
- Produce detailed specifications for internal and external clients based on client knowledge.
- Deliver a high level of customer service.
- Ensure activity is recorded using the designated company tools.
- Maintain a full understanding of the broad range of HH Global's services and work closely with the internal departments.
- Implement new methods and procedures as required.
- Work as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare submissions and complete necessary account admin and reporting.
- Ensure invoicing procedures are followed.
- Be able to attend meetings away from the client site as required.
- Monitor production quality throughout the project
- Work with HH Global client leads to identify new business opportunities
- Agree and manage budgets and P+L’s.
- Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLA’s.
- Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Company policies.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators)
- Creative concept rendering and knowledge of Creative Suite would be advantageous
- Experience in a client facing role is essential, while experience advising on 3D campaigns, print and digital solutions, and interactive activations/events is preferred
- Previous experience working in retail marketing, visual merchandising, print production, and/or procurement is essential
- Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred
- Numerate with a strong commercial understanding
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to prioritise workload in a dynamic, high-energy environment
- Self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong vendor management experience
- Solution-oriented and creative problem solver
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
