Installation and Distribution Manager
Purpose of the job
Support the HH Global client engagement team in all allocation and distribution activity in relation to print campaign activity, including the installation of special execution window activity.
The Installation and Distribution Manager will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end installation and distribution activities for client campaign activity. This will include:
- Working with manufacturing partners to make sure the product is ready and organised in suitable ways for the installers to take
- Working with installers to ensure that they understand the brief and are prepared to be able to execute the campaigns
- Working with the client to ensure that their needs are satisfied ahead of time and giving them and the client engagement teams confidence that the installation is set up for success
We are looking for a clear and succinct communicator who can interact directly with our clients, store managers, and installation teams to ensure executional excellence.
All campaign support services must be executed to an exceptionally high standard, whilst maintaining on time service levels, communication, quality and efficiency. A key focus being to drive a programme of continuous improvement. This role will work with the wider client service and central sourcing functions to establish the right solution, find the right partners and implement change to a satisfactory standard to meet the needs of both our client and HH Global.
Key Responsibilities
- Create briefing materials and brief installation teams, providing attention to detail and contingency scenario
- Define and organise site surveys with install partner where necessary
- Plan installation requirements, engaging with installation partners to define efficient scheduling
- Coordinate delivery
- Troubleshoot unforeseen installation snagging and issues, ensuring excellence in communication
- Work through the Client claims process when issues occur to resolve quickly
- Lead installation partners to ensure successful delivery of all campaigns across China
- Work to agreed SLAs delivering flawless execution
- Work closely with AM’s and SAM’s to improve the current ways of working
- Support the implementation 3rd party distribution service
- Ongoing management for all campaign distribution activity
- Work with the Data Analyst and governance manager to standardise, automate installation and distribution data to support the client engagement team and customer with real time analytics
- Work with nominated 3rd parties or in house functions to manage and process allocations for retail outlets, delivering accurate POS to each outlet
- Support client engagement through any service failure/non-conformance with issue resolution/corrective action planning relating to allocation or installation issues, agree resolutions and implement change
Supplier Management
- Develops strong working relationships with suppliers, ensuring SLAs are adhered to and KPIs are regularly reported on and reviewed
- Proactively oversee installation working environment, safeguarding projects as and when required
- Work closely with allocation suppliers on main campaign builds to improve process and service delivery
- Ownership of regular review meetings, reporting findings and improvements back to the business
Client Engagement
- Support the HH Global client engagement team to enable them to have provide prompt and accurate information to the customer
- Hold and attend installation meetings when needed on site
- Develops and maintains a comprehensive knowledge of the clients; business and sector
- Responds positively and promptly to client requirements
People Management and Development
- Operates effective two-way communication with a virtual and onsite team
- Coach and develop team members to work in line with the agreed process as well as implement and manage a program of continuous improvement
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operating procedures within a standard framework
