Magnit is hiring several Client Services Consultants for our Requisition Fulfillment teams working onsite in our Bangalore, Karnataka India office.
About the Role
The Client Services Consultant (CSC) plays a vital role in supporting our clients with requisition fulfillment, regularly interacting with client corporate functions, third-party suppliers, and Magnit colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery. A strong understanding of recruitment fundamentals and contingent workforce principles and regulations is essential for this role, enabling the CSC to easily adapt to diverse client expectations. To succeed in this role, the CSC must possess effective negotiation skills, a personable and professional presence, the ability to build and maintain productive relationships, and a proven track record of meeting timelines and deliverables.
What You Will Do
- Facilitate the fulfillment of requisitions through the contingent worker Vendor Management System (VMS) and efficiently manage the relationship/interaction of candidates/staffing desk suppliers and managers, including ensuring compliance across supplier partnerships by communicating program requirements and partnership expectations.
- Proactively meet with hiring managers to qualify requisitions and convey relevant information to approved suppliers to empower them for success. In some cases, creating requisitions and/or facilitating market analyses
- As needed, educate the hiring manager on the requisition fulfillment process.
- Select appropriate suppliers and distribute requisitions to ensure timely fulfillment. In some cases, hosting a spotlight call with the hiring manager and suppliers to drive fulfillment.
- Screen candidates, review submissions, create shortlists, select suitable candidates, and negotiate offers to secure top talent.
- Maintain quality client service and day-to-day account operations, with a primary focus on meeting contractual deliverables as outlined in the Scope of Work.
- Create and maintain business process documents to ensure consistent and efficient operations
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the contingent workforce employment arena. This includes a basic understanding of onboarding protocols, worker classifications, employee relations, immigration and visa types, payroll processing, end of assignment, etc.
- Address and resolve inquiries from clients and suppliers, fostering effective communication and high satisfaction levels. Maintain consistent and thorough communications with all parties to ensure a satisfactory experience.
- Facilitate escalations to the appropriate internal leaders as needed.
- Coordinate and effectively work with other internal team members to ensure a seamless end-to-end process
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of working experience in a relevant area such as staffing industry operations, HR/recruiting, MSP or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong and proactive communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively across all layers of the organization
- Excellent customer service, administrative, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, sense of urgency, and a “Can-Do” attitude!
