What You Will Do
As a Supplier Compliance Auditor, your primary focus will be ensuring that suppliers are in full compliance with Magnit’s policies, procedures, and contractual obligations. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our supplier relationships and ensuring they align with industry standards and client requirements.
Your day-to-day activities may involve:
- Conducting Supplier Audits: Evaluate suppliers’ compliance with established contractual terms, industry standards, and legal requirements. This will involve reviewing documentation, conducting interviews, and assessing supplier operations.
- Vendor Compliance Verification: Regularly check and validate vendor and supplier documentation for accuracy and compliance with both Magnit’s standards and client-specific requirements.
- Audit Documentation Review: Analyze supplier contracts, agreements, and amendments to ensure they adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Liaise with Suppliers: Communicate directly with suppliers to request necessary documentation or address compliance issues, providing guidance as needed.
- Non-Compliance Reporting: Identify non-compliant suppliers and escalate issues appropriately, recommending corrective actions and tracking resolution.
- Contract and Documentation Amendments: Assist with contract amendments and ensure compliance is maintained during the negotiation and implementation of contract changes.
- Internal Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers and audit managers, to report on supplier compliance status and highlight any potential issues.
- Audit and Compliance Records: Keep detailed records of supplier audits, non-compliance findings, and corrective actions taken.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and updating departmental compliance reports.
- Support ongoing departmental projects related to supplier compliance and auditing.
- Address any additional duties as assigned to improve audit processes or respond to emerging compliance challenges.
