This position reports to our global HQ in Cambridge, MA and is fully remote within the US. Travel is expected domestically and internationally when needed.

As we continue to grow, the Commercial Team in partnership with the RDS Team is seeking a visionary and dynamic Vice President of Solution Engineering to lead our efforts in delivering cutting-edge solutions in the healthcare technology and real-world data industry. This executive-level role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can bridge the gap between technology, data, and business needs to drive transformative solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in healthcare technology, real-world data, research methods, and a proven track record of supporting high-performing teams.
What you will be doing at TriNetX:
- Client-Centric Solution Design:
- Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Design and propose tailored technical solutions that align with client needs and drive business value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with sales, product management, research, and engineering teams to develop feasible and scalable solutions.
- Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with the company's product offerings and strategic goals.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide expert guidance on healthcare technology and real-world data applications and scientific methods.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory guidance, and emerging technologies to inform solution development.
- Effective Communication:
- Articulate complex technical concepts and solutions to diverse audiences, including clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of solutions, illustrating top-tier scientific expertise to drive trust in our solutions.
- Project Oversight:
- Work with team to oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess the success of implemented solutions.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Education: Advanced degree in Epidemiology, Health Services Research, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years in solution engineering or RWD research, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the healthcare technology or real-world data industry.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of healthcare technology, real-world evidence (RWE), interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), regulatory guidance and use cases, and cloud-based architectures.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage large-scale projects, and drive organizational change.
- Client-Focused: Strong track record of engaging with clients to deliver customized, impactful solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business value.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities effectively.
