Account Analyst

Purpose of the Job

The Marketing Account Analyst will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of project coordination through our extremely busy account management. This person will need to own production deadlines and work hard to meet challenging deadlines while maintaining our high quality control standards. The ideal candidate must be comfortable managing multiple ongoing project priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and facilitate the procurement, production and execution of services for client jobs and projects.
• Work closely with and under the direction of the Operations, Procurement and Account Management teams.
• Manage the data entry of work orders and specifications into the order management system.
• Run reports and compile information for use by the production team and the customer.
• Produce basic briefing documents, including comparative charts between quotations and production status updates.
• Follow predefined procedures and update information in information systems.
• Monitor escalated issues and follow processes to resolve issues efficiently.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (marketing, business administration, design)
  1 to 3 years of experience in commercial support.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to multi-task are required.
• Must be hardworking, enthusiastic and a quick learner.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in purchasing and project management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an internal drive to continually achieve goals and success.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
