What Does a Typical Day Look Like? Here are your primary responsibilities:
- Manage monthly closing activities, including inventory reserves, statistical key figure updates, and necessary adjustments to ensure accurate cost and asset reflection.
- Prepare financial reports and analyses for site management, S&OP meetings, global manufacturing and SG&A reporting, auditors, and other business reviews.
- Support budgeting and forecasting by gathering inputs from cost center owners and incorporating key assumptions from senior finance leadership.
- Ensure financial oversight by validating productivity projects, managing CAPEX planning and control, and analyzing costs and assets.
- Review financial statements to ensure accuracy in P&L and balance sheet reporting.
What is Needed to be Successful in this Role (Required Skills/Abilities):
- Bachelors’ Degree in Business and Administration (or similar).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling capabilities including working with downloaded data from SAP, M3, or other ERP tools and BW/BI data through filters, pivot tables & reference tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- KPI and cost bench marking/productivity tracking.
- Ability to analyze and summarize complex data.
