Project Manager
Altrata is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Project Manager to join our Product Management Team. This individual will focus on ensuring the successful migration of customers to the new Altrata platform, one of the company’s top strategic initiatives. Working closely with our Product Management, Technology, and Commercial teams, you will oversee project execution, manage risks, track milestones, and drive progress on key deliverables.
You will be responsible for ensuring customer migration is on schedule and that clients are engaging with and adopting the new platform effectively. This role requires a blend of strong project management skills, analytical thinking, and a hands-on approach to execution.
What Will You Do?

Lead Customer Migration Projects: Oversee customer migration to the new Altrata platform, ensuring a seamless transition, monitoring progress, and resolving any obstacles that may arise.

Drive Project Execution: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring that milestones are met on time and within scope.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams (Product Management, Technology, and Commercial) to ensure alignment and ensure the project meets business goals.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks, proactively address them, and keep stakeholders informed on the status and any changes to the project plan.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics tools to monitor migration success, gather customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the process.

Customer Adoption & Engagement: Not only move customers over, but ensure they are using and benefiting from the new platform. Gather both quantitative and qualitative data to measure success.

Continuous Improvement:Track project performance, identifyareas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance overall project delivery.
Who Are You?

3+ years of project management experience, preferably with customer migrations or in a product-focused environment.

Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Strong communicationskills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with analytics tools for data-driven decision making.

Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Experience with customer migrations or enterprise software products preferred.

A background in data analysis or working with data-driven projects preferred.
