About the role

 

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Integration Analyst to join our team. As a Analyst, you will play a critical role and ensuring all Employer of Record (EOR) data-related processes run smoothly and efficiently.  This role involves working with high-volume data, competing deadlines, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data accuracy.

 

What You Will Do

 

  • Analysts are responsible for monitoring, analyzing and ensuring the seamless flow of transactional data between multiple systems and databases.
  • Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sources.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to validate the accuracy and integrity of transactional data transfers.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies, identify root causes and provide timely resolutions to maintain data consistency.
  • Partner with solutions teams to enhance data integration processes based on trending issues.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Coordinate the work of the data integrations team, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Investigate and resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies that may arise during the EOR data integrations cycle to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to resolve data integrity issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple Task
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  •  Mindset to Automate data and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting by maintaining best practices for data quality.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and findings

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelors in any stream with 1.5 years to 4 years of experience in Data Analytics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently.
  • Organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel (experience in formulas and pivot tables required).
  • Ability to research and resolve data inconsistencies across multiple systems.
  • Ability to recognize data trends and assist in identifying root cause.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with VMS and payroll systems (e.g., Beeline, FieldGlass, PeopleSoft, Ceridian) is a plus.
