Does a Typical Day Look Like? Here are your primary responsibilities:

• Analysis (e.g. pH, viscosity, gas chromatography) of products (e.g. PF- and UF resins), samples and reporting of the results in accordance with the given instructions and guidelines
• Raw material analysis
• Environmental analysis
• Maintenance and calibration of analysis equipment in Bakelite laboratory as well as production area
• Participation in the development of analysis and testing methods
• General maintenance of cleanliness and order.

• Consideration of Health and Safety, environmental and quality aspects as well as development of the work environment

What is Needed to be Successful in this Role (Required Skills/Abilities):

• Recent graduate with education suitable for the position or with experience (e.g. laboratory)
• A flexible, proactive attitude and the ability to organize one's own work in a dynamic work environment
• Independent, careful and responsible approach to assigned tasks
• Active, willing to learn, taking safety issues into account
• Good collaborative skills and willingness to work as part of a team
• Proficiency in basic IT skills
• Fluent Finnish skills. English language skills are an advantage (e.g. analysis equipment software)
